i just installed my kenwood ddx8019 and now i need to finish the rest of my system and i was wondering the best route to get the wires to the trunk. in my previous system i ran them underneath the door sills but it doesn't seem like it will work in the g.
i'm running wires for 3 amps so i need a little extra space than normal. i was wondering for those of you who have done your own systems how they ran their wires..
also i searched the diy and google so pls don't say 'just search' cause i came up empty handed

 

I ran 3 sets of RCA's and 4 pr of speaker wires down the driver's side and 0ga down the passenger with no problems.

i gave them a decent pull but i was hesitant to really pull b/c those stupid clips break so easy

 

Pull off the sills and peel back the carpet off of the plastic pieces that hold it in place - lift it off of them. There is plenty of space under the carpet on each side. Also remove the plastic kick panel piece.

Snap it back when you're done.

Yes they just pull off.
