Infiniti Navigation aftermarket

is there anyway you could install the infiniti navigation system on a G35 at the dealership... or is it strictly a factory option

You can do it but it will cost almost as much as a turbo. $5-6,000.

there's someone selling a stock navigation unit for the coupe on ebay. check it out! save yourself some money.
