Its the Hd-62 set (First one) I can get a good deal on them.
Will those comps install in my 03 G Sedan no problem???

The G has a pretty deep mounting spot for 6.5" drivers, so you should probably be fine. As far as the adapters go, check on the cutout hole required for those CDT's, because the adapter you listed is 5 1/2", and you would need the CDT's to have a cutout hole of ruffly that. You don't really need to buy those adapters, you can make your own if you have a router.

The speakers will fit without the spacer. The purpose of the spacer is to put the speaker out to the door panel so there isn't a big gap there. You should get better sound that way.
