so i want to get the best security system for my car, if i could i would like to have a remote that displays the status of the car. any suggestions? i was looking at the AVANTGUARD 5.5 but i don't know where to get it or if it is the alarm i should get. thanks

 

Friend of mine just got the predator I think, it had the pager, told you what section of the car is being messed with, chirps when you get close, goes off if you put your hand in an open window, works a mile away. $800, the only problem is when it rains...

That's why I do not recommend a proximity sensor on a vehicle that is not a convertible.
