Oem Head Unit Help

Oem Head Unit Help

New owner here, well sometimes while I have cd's playing it will make this loud zipper like sound, the previous owner said it happened to him and it just went away, I have the bose system w/o navigation help please.

It sounds like the changer mechanism. If it doesn't muck up the player I really wouldn't worry about it. Vertical changers like this one are always LOUD.

Sounds like your about to get the dreaded CD ERROR FO where your CD player would just stop working.

Some people say it's the blank CD-R not being in spec of thickness. Some people say it's just a poorly design head unit from Clarion. Nevertheless, it simply just "sucks"

I'm playing brand new CDs straight out of the package, and it's not the changing thats loud its just in the middle of a song it just makes some wierd zipper sound and the keeps playing like a really big skip sorta.

if it help the am/fm radio skips sometimes also, any luck?
