XM NavTraffic Problem

Perhaps someone here can help me out with a navigation problem I have.

I have a 2007 G35 Sport Sedan with the technology and navigation package.

I also have an active subscription to XM Radio and the XM NavTraffic service, which I confirmed on the phone with the agent today.

When I try to use the Traffic function in the navigation system, I get a message that "XM NavTraffic must be installed".

I have already had the XM Radio reset signal sent and left it on Channel 1 for about 1/2 hour to reset the signal and maybes activate the NavTraffic feature.

This did not work, and the navigation still does not recognize the XM NavTraffic service as being present.

Does anyone know how to get this feature to activate?

Nevermind, all. I figured out what I needed to do.

I had to actually have XM completely reset my radio and it re-registered with the updated service.

Problem solved.

The dealership told me it wouldn't work because my model doesn't have that function. Hmmm.
