IPod and Satellite Radio
IPod and Satellite Radio
I am looking for somewhat of a weird part. I have my car modded with an IPOD connection that has a dock connection cable coming out of the armrest. Now, I want to be able to hook up my portable Sirius player via a normal AUX input cable coming from the sirius player. Is there a connection that can switch the dock connection cable to an AUX input? Basically a female to female dock connector to aux, i think?
In other words, in case that wasn't clear, I have a cable that goes into my sound system and connects to my ipod via the dock connection. I want to be able to connect a cable to this dock connection that'll change it to a 3.5mm (i think) connection to go into the headphone port on my sirius satellite player.
Is this possible?
Sorry if I got some of my connections confused (AUX vs. 3.5mm)

And that's exactly what I'm looking for (in regards to the female ipod dock connection)... the other end doesn't matter if it's male or female. Do you have any idea of a cheap way to get/make one?
