Hey everyone I have the Kenwood DDX-8017 with the Ipod adapter kit that goes with the Kenwood....My question i have is to anyone out there that has the Video Ipod, what are you using that allows for your Ipod to charge and play all mp3 and the music videos through your aftermarket head-unit?

I have contacted apple directly and they quote that there is not a kit out there on the market that allows you to listen to MP3 play videos and charge your ipod all in one device.

They said that you can by the video RCA that plug into the headphone jack to watch the videos but your not able to have the charger connected up at the same time. Which in my opinion is pointless because using the video function should run your battery down pretty quick.

If anyone has a solution for me that would be great!!! please post-up.

I am wanting to just have one wire in my car running out and the only other solution i can think of is to get the Video RCA's and just by a standard Ipod car charger and use it that way...but then again i have 2 wires exposed again. Im trying to keep a clean look.
