I have a brand new ( 100 miles ! ! ) G35 sitting in my garage with a dead battery. I left the cd player on for an hour, maybe more. So my question is about jump starting it. Will it screw up any of the electronics or what. I have previously cooked a radio by jumping a friends car with my Acura.

What to do ??

 

Or should I put a battery charger on it ??? I know nothing about the electrics of this car and am really concerned about screwing something up.

 

just put it in reverse and jump start it. thats what i did a few times.
Our batteries are very weak.

 

just wondering... why put it in reverse?
