hey guys been away for a while but im back, anyway, need to know i what i need to do to get this problem fixed.
my driver side window motor needs to be replaced (thats what the dealer says and they charge 450 buckS) so i was wondering if anyone is having the same problem or has had the same problem. the problem is that the window rolls up and down but barely. and needs a bump on top of the window straight down, to roll up. i was told by other than infiniti that the motor doesnt necessarily neeed to be replacxed. my question is: has anyone had this problem with a solution? does it need to be replaced and if so how and how much does the motor cost and where can i buy it cheap so that i can replace myself? etc etc. thanks guys

My passenger side window motor burnt out last year, luckily still under warranty until Jan 08 so dealer replaced. They insinuated that my Infinity Perfect 6.1 component crossover mounted in the door might be the cause of the motor burning out....lmao. The crossover is not even in close proximity to the motor...nice try.
