Can You Install a Factory GPS for Video Use in a Non-GPS G35?

I have a 03 G35 Sedan than is the non-sport model and did not come with GPS. I am thinking about adding video since it is something I am used to having in the car. I have seen several threads were people are using the factory GPS unit as a video unit. So my question is...Can I buy a console for my year with a built-in GPS monitor but only use it for video? What type of hook-ups does it have? Any photos of it from the back? Thanks in advance.

The screen is a RGB screen, so you will most likely need a coverter to convert whatever video source you choose to RGB.

You could most likely do this. I'm thinking the screen only needs power, ground, illumination, and video signal.
