If you have a CarPC or laptop, you can download EARTH BRIDGE, which will use your after market GPS (not OEM) to display Google Earth in a real time, birds eye view of your location (and move with you). I've used it and it's amazing! Doesn't overlay the directions or paths, but you get the same visual expression of the satelite image...

Google Earth pay version - kind of does real time tracking, but not as well yet.

 

I want to see where this technology is going. What are we going to be using 5 years from now? What are they going to put in the GTR?
