From another thread... You can have the SAT button, but not be prewired. I think that's what he's asking.

I Thought, G35s that are equipped with SAT radio...
came with a SAT box "installed", but you had to separately "subscribe" for the Sat Radio service.

But then I checked my trunk and didn't really see a Sat radio box installed there (which I thought G35s equipped with SAT radio had it), which led to me answering my own question.
