my key fob will not open the car i have to do it manually with the key i checked the 10 amp fuse inside the car and that seems ok i dont think there is a battery inside the key fob could any one help with some advice

Thats correct. There is NOT a battery inside the FOB. There is actually a nuclear powered Techoviking inside generating power with his crisp dance moves and statement-making facial hair.

JohnE, this has been answered in the other thread you posted on the same matter. There is a battery in the key fob as you probably figured out from the post above.
