help with replacing factory speakers and keeping headunit n bose amp.

i have a few sets of eclipse speakers that i would like to install. oh i got 05 g35c if this might help. my problem is the rear deck 6x9, it seems that the 6x9 does not have any sounds or power to it but the rest of the speakers works fine. the 6x9 sounds like i wire it reverse polarity or something but i plug the factory 6x9 back in and its the same way. can anybody help me out with this? did i install it wrong? or that is how the 6x9 comes in for the g35c. i installed 4 ohm speakers. do u think it makes a big diff on 2 ohm or 4 ohm? please help out car is apart right now.

To achieve the same volume, you should use 2 ohm speakers. Also, the 6x9's are not full range. They act as the subs.
