Metra 70-7550 vs 7551...which one???
Can anyone provide some input on which one to use...
I have a 2006 sedan- non bose that will be swapped out for an avic d-3
I have read that some of you used 70-7551, however I am thinking the 70-7550 is what I should be using.
Note - Non-bose and I dont have any intention of installing amps...
I think the 70-7551 has the amp (rcas) connections, but many noted this on their install, I am assuming that they were hooking up amps
I am that sure so I would like some help!!!
thanks guys

You would use the 70-7550 since you don't have a factory amp. The Avic would power the speakers.
If you had the bose system you would have used the 70-7551 since the bose amp needs a low level signal. hope this helps
