Hi all well as some of you might know I got my G35 coupe on valentines day and I'm already trying to change the audio system out. But I don't have the bose system and I want to add 2 12" subs if possible but the trunk is pretty small so I want to know if you guys got any better I deas in that area. But I also have a distributor licence for a/d/s car audio speakers and well I've never heard them before but I was thinking about putting a pair of the 6.5" component speakers which retail for about $700.00 in the doors but anyway I just wanted to see what all your opinons about them are first. And also what should I do about some speakers in the rear deck I hear that there is no hole without the bose system or something.Also I want to upgrade everything now except the headunit because I dont want to buy the JDM double din dash console just yet until I can get the Pioneer N1 is this gonna sound like crap even with all new amps and what not?

 

Well as you have already found out the stock speakers are poor at best. I used to sell a/d/s and I have been a fan of their product for almost 10 years. If you like a very smooth sounding speaker, a/d/s is for you. If you like very sharp/bright speakers then you might want to look at other brands. a/d/s speakers sound as if you are in the recording studio. I love the recording studio sound.

I love a/d/s product's. I use to have a full a/d/s in my RX-7 in the 80's. I can't comment on their current products, but back then they sounded very clean and natural. I think I had the 325is components and PQ20 amp. What I like about them the most is it sound's great at low volume compared to precision power amps. You get clean sound no matter what volume lvl it is at, if set up correctly.

Focal's, on the other hand sound better than A/D/S in my opinion. But since you have a distributor license for ads, i would go that route.
