I couldn't figure out where to put this thread so mods move as you wish.

I decided to move my remote inside the gauge cluster housing. Now it's as close to being in my direct line of sight as possible (without putting it on top of the dash). The only drawback is it blocks the turn signals and high beam indicators. I've had it this way for a few months and it's great.

It was expensive because it had to be laser etched. I cracked my previous one cleaning it. It's REAL brittle so be careful if you ever clean yours. I figured if I was going to replace it I might as well cusomize it a little. It was $20 for the etching. If you crack the piece, it'll cost you $35 +tax for a new one

How did you find a place to get it laser etched? What does one look up in the phone book?

I ended up going to a trophy shop. Their ad said they engraved anything so I called them up.
