The only thing i would have changed would have been getting the new version of the amps.

I would have gotten 300/4v2 and 500/1v2, your amps are 2 models old, unless u got a great deal on em!

looks fun! Dynamat

Yeah I knew about the V2's but the prices on the originals couldn't be passed up lol!

As for the Dynamat, I think imma try one of the alternatives that have been recommended on this site. I used FATMAT on my other car and it's been holding up for about 3 years, I'm always down to save where I can.

If that package showed up at my house, this is the scene that you would see next:

That's me on the left. That's my wife on the right.

That is going to sound pretty sweet!

You do have the AC controls that go with your OEM dash kit right? I didn't see them in you pics. The AC controls presently in the car are attached to the factory radio circuit board. Figure you already know this though.

Nice. Always did like the MB Quarts.

Personally, i'd ditch the rears, and go with 1 amp to run fronts + 1 sub 10. Leave the rear holes to let sub vent to the cabin. Cap would get the axe on that setup as well. Don't know that the cap is necessary on your current setup either, but in either case i would definitely make sure you have a good battery in your charging system. Most folks like optima or similar. Small cost for less headache. Oh, and fuse everything in the trunk, and put a circuit breaker at the battery. I've found that to be the easiest combo to work with.

I'll have to do some more research but I was looking into an Optima battery.

With the rears though, I have tried to go with out the fronts on my last car ...for about 10 minutes. I know a lot of people complain about the staging, but I like the car filled. Now at home is a different matter though.

*Oh and yes u can rest easy drew I have the A/C controls lol.

Thanks for the feedback all. I will post pics soon as its installed. The 4080 came but I was informed that my 500/1 was delayed... I think imma go head and just use a "filler" amp till it gets here lol.

*Insert pic of me diggin in the closet for my old Sony XPLODE 10,000 watt (250 watt rms) amp *
