I recently bought and 06 g35 with navi. Previously I owned a honda civic with nav. I'm disappointed in Infiniti on this one. The civic was the greatest and the most user-friendly nav system I have ever used.

I hate the fact that I have to pull over so my passenger can enter an address. Is there anyway to bypass this function. It's ridiculous.

Also I recall seeing a post saying that you can adjust the time on the lights so that they turn off the auto feature after the choose time period. I don't know if this is even possible but I decided to ask.

If you all can help me bypass this function (and also get rid of the annoying warning) I would greatly appreciate it. My dvd is currently running the 05-06 version. And what is the great advantage to an HDD system? I also briefly read something about music. If this true?
