Nice setup bro, i gotta question tho, where you put those speakers by the foot panels, wont that be a bad location because its way down there and the sound would only circulate? I'm just wondering.

Actually, the way it is angled, the soundstage is right in the middle of the car...The imaging is just about perfect from where they are located.

 

thats a sweet setup, what kinda subs and amps are those, that cd player fits perfect, almost looks factory, i like the way the front of the sub box looks flush with the back seat, the way the trunk is designed made that difficult, lotsa weird shapes and angles, i had a hard time doing that, finally i got so mad i just said screw it, but yours looks great,

Actually, the tweets are about as far back as possible. I havent kicked them yet. If i did, they do have a few bars on them to protect the actual tweeter, so im not too worried. Its all for the sake of perfect imaging...and its worth it.

Yes i am in socal. I need to break in my system and retune it before i let anyone hear it. It sounds great right now, but i want it to sound its best. Let me know if you are in the irvine/santa ana area and maybe we can meet up.

Do you have tweeters in the kickpanels and in the stock locations?

The head unit is a rockford fosgate RFX-8250 which was made by DENON a few years back.

I do not have tweeters in the stock locations. Just in the kicks. The tweeters are aimed just above the shifter for a great center stage.

looks like some E10K's. very nice!! I was going to put those in my coupe also. Looks like you beat me to it HAHAH. At least theres someone with the same good taste in car audio as me.

Those are not e10k's. They are E10a's. Great subs.

 

dam G35audionman, I am going install a single E10a, and I think that will be enough bass for me...
