I'm following ( Colonel ) email about the hardwire and having trouble with 1 step.

He said to thread the RJ-45 phone plug end of the hard wire kits cable towards the windshield. With the other hand, poke your finger up where the windshield meets the headliner and feel around for the RJ-45 plug. It might take a little patience making the connection. Once found, yank it through about 8 - 12 inches.

I'm LOST with this!!! Help. I thought the RJ-45 wire is from the hardwire kit, not the car wires??? Where is the wire I'm suppose to tap into on the car? I'm in the light fixture about and not sure where to cut into????? I would love to see pic's if anyone has any pictures would be great. PLEASE HELP SOON!
