How do they suck "straight up" ? They are loud sound decent and get the job done not to mention they are 3 years old and working fine still.

mojo's are loud and powerful, great for a streetbeater.. but sound quality is poor. i would never have one in a daily driven car. they pound to all hell without a doubt, but they are not musical at all.. but its all about personal preference. MOST people will consider Kicker L7 and JL w6/7 to be the some of the best all around subs, but it just depends on what you are looking for out of your audio system..
G35Rider, how did you power that setup with 2 different subs? a 2ch and a mono? that enclosure doesnt do those subs justice, while it looks cool, you and me both know a single mojo needs atleast 3 cubes ported to perform anywhere close to its capabilities. we did a 12" mojo in a 04 accord, 4.6^3 @42hz and reached 151.2db on a termlab, pretty impressive given the circumstances if you ask me

hi-tech G; how does that sound? i bet you had to deaden the SH!* out of your rear deck huh? those are some powerful subs to polverise your deck! that box looks awfully big, are you able to remove it? or is it built in the trunk?

^It sounds awesome! I DynaMatted the entire car which was a two day process. I switched my head unit to a Kenwood DDX8017 and replaced all the Bose speakers with the Boston Acoustics Pro 6 components. I even have the JL Audio bass **** so when the girlfriend starts saying it's too much I can just turn it down. The box is removable. It is 4 parts.
Here's a pic of my head unit

I used a memphis 1500.1 to power all 3, you're right the mojo does need more air space in its box, thats why i have the 1500.1 mono powering 1 12' Mojo Only instead now, like i say, that set up in my trunk was for fun, painted the box and the trunk lid the same color as the car. 1 12' Mojo is all i need, but sh*t is way to heavy. That gots to go when the supercharger comes in.
The boxes I am using are the 4080's the subs are 10w6v2's, the amp powering them is a jl 1000/1. MaximumAutoSound here in New Jersey did the work, great people and a lot of skill there. I am lazy and didnt take any pictures, that picture I posted was when the system was 80% done they shot over a picture for an update, its all black vinyl and gray suede. Everything back there is pressure fitted without a single screw holding anything in or down. I can take out the 4080's, amp racks, plexi, false floor everything without a single tool which is what I wanted.
As for the original question I would just listen to some setups you may be surprised, I wouldnt want a system in my coupe to hit any harder then my 10s hit, I have my set jl bass **** for the 1000/1 set to like 3 of 10 and it hits crazy hard but still sounding clean.
Maybe when it gets nicer out I will post pics of the full install now that its 100%.

Everybody that posted pic's, I must say they all look NICE
Since my G is my only car,(Wifey haves a SUV, but I don't like it,) I needed to keep my spare tire, just in case. So my setup is simple, compared to everybody else. Here a Pic. Also I have a old Pic of my AMP before I cleaned up the way it looks by hiding most of the wires.
