2 12's ftw!!! ive heard 8's to 15's and i think 12's sounds the best. 10's are too punchy sounding and dont hit the lows like 12's do. I have 2 12's in my trunk. i dont have pics but its just a basic box so it doesnt take much imgination to see what that looks like.

agreed. there is a reason that 12's are so common and popular. for the majority of listeners, they hit the best aray of frequencies. but one should be enough in a coupe. unless your looking for overkill go for 2. but almost any sound your looking for can be accomplished with a single sub powered correctly in the right type of enclosure.

I had 2 10s in my old car. Loved the bass it produced, only problem was that they rattled the fock out of my car at higher levels. I think if I decide to get a system for this car I might only go with 1 10 or 1 12.

my recommendation would be to go to an audio store and listen to both 10's and 12's and make ur decision. like i said b4 i like 12's the best plus i like bass to the point where i really really feel it.

This is my simple setup. I wanted maximum trunk space and use of the passthrough.

I'm so copying you, but with red LEDs.

How much did the whole set-up cost you if you don't mind me asking.
