wire diagram

is this the wiring diagram for all g35 with the bose system or just a certain year? will it work for a 2003?

The wires going into the Bose amp are full range. The Bose amp separates the low frequencies and sends them to the 6x9's.

Here are the wire colors.
Factory speaker harness wiring colors

Front Right + Gray/Silver
Front Right - Yellow/Silver

Front Left + Green/Silver
Front Left - Red/Silver

Rear Door Right + Brown/Silver
Rear Door Right - Black/Silver

Rear Door Left + Green/Yellow
Rear Door Left - Black/Yellow

Rear Deck Right + Blue/Red
Rear Deck Right - Blue/White

Rear Deck Left + Blue/Yellow
Rear Deck Left - White/Green



Head unit output colors

The (+) are all on the same side of the connector.

Head Output Front Right + Orange/Blue
Head Output Front Right - White/Blue

Head Output Front Left + White
Head Output Front Left - Orange

Head Output Rear Right + Blue
Head Output Rear Right - Pink

Head Output Rear Left + Teal
Head Output Rear Left - Purple

Remote Wire Light Blue/ Silver

I guess I don't understand the question and what you are exactly trying to accomplish.

It is my understanding that those are the colors of wires at least for the 03-04. I gathered that information from older posts piece by piece and put it all together.

Me too but have been unable to do so because mine dont match up with that diagram. I have an 04 sedan w/ Bose and have looked at the blue wire harness that goes into the Bose amp and nada! Nothing! None of the wires match up! I real close to giving up and just saying F it and buying a Kenwood 7100.

Those wire colors may not match up to the sedan wire colors. The sedan wire colors are probably listed in the service manual.

The Bose system doesn't need a line level converter because the audio signal is already about 2 volts, which is already on the low side. You just need to cut an RCA cable, strip the ends of the + and - wires, and wire it into the harness. The RCA plugs will then plug into your amp.
