Installed "G" Mount for Escort Solo S2 (pics)

Just installed the "G" mount for my Escort Solo S2 radar detector. Probably one of the cheapest mods yet (other than VLED's). Thought I would post some pics for those of you who are considering doing the same.

thats a clean setup, much better than the dash/windshield suction-cup installs lol.

how much was everything total? being the unit+mount

The radar detector was about $329 (Sharper Image) and the mount was about $40. I'm actually only out $40 for the mount, because I jacked the detector from my old man hahahaha! Kind of a reverse Christmas present for myself lol!
