I want to see how clean (or not) it'll look when I buy my system (most likely garmin nuvi).
You should make another thread that says pic only. These people don't read.

Sorry for the lousy quality picture. I took it with my cell phone while sitting in stopped traffic on the way to work. I'll take better ones with a real camera later...

Ha.. I Also Have Been Waiting To See Some Pics On This Thread. I Am Planning On Adding An Aftermarket Gps (one Similar To The Garmin) The Idea Is To Put It In The Top Cubby But Not With Sticky Tape. That Looks Kinda Getto Fab. Has Any One Ever Seen It Installed With Fiber Glass. I Saw One Some Time Ago But Cant Seem To Find That Thread.

^well, good luck, cause i donno how you are gonna fiberglass it in, i was thinking about that at first but i couldn't find a gps with out the buttoms and shizz on the outside of the gps. there are none that have the buttons just in the front.
How is that ghetto fab??you cant even tell there is a piece behind the gps when its on, the whole point is to be able to remove it and use it whenever i need, also to be able to charge while its on with out being lopsided?

My tomtom sits in the cubby hole like mdavidm's.. It fits right in, but doesnt close all the way. I'm currently trying to fabricate a mount that would allow it to stay in the compartment when closed, but when opened, it pops out a bit, allowing me to still be able to swivel it whenever needed.
