You would have to have custom boxes made. Zenclosures.com makes enclosures for 12's but I don't know if they have the air space requirements for those subs.

i have not seen anyone put 2-12's and save their spare. eventually it comes down to whats more important, your spare or getting 12's. i made the decision that my spare was more important so i got 2-10's and 2-4080 boxes. more important to get the right size box for your subs then to shove 12's into too small of a enclosure.

the 4080 enclosures slide out in no time at all, no tools required. they are too expensive in my opinion, i spent less on my entire setup for my last car then what is spent on just these boxes. but they look great and and my 10w3's pound like crazy. http://4080enclosures.com/

Two 10w6's pound like crazy in the 4080 boxes too.

I removed my spare tire. It wouldn't fit over the BBK.

The Z enclosure boxes are okay for subs that don't require a lot of airspace. i started off with one of those boxes with 2 10 W0's. It wasn't enough bass for me so I scrapped the box and built a custom box for myself and dumped two 12 JL Audio W6V2's

It can be done but it will cost some money. Most of the build will be out fiberglass.

you can do two 12's and keep the spare tire, but the trick is to do that and have the spare tire accessable. You have to be able to remove the box(es) on the side of the road to get to the spare and jack.
