Father has an LX-470. Told him I would help find information about getting a nice stereo system in his car. He doesn't need anything big bass.

Anyone willing to shed some light on going about this? Or point me in the right direction?

Is it possible to do at his house during a weekend, or does changing speakers and the wiring require an experienced installer?

Any help appreciated.

 

You need to search around on an LX site. I don't know anything about those systems.

 

What year is your fathers Lx470? because most likely it either has Nakamichi if not Mark Levinson. Try Club Lexus you'll get much better feed back there.
