rpm light

how do u turn that annoying light off on a 6mt g???? ahhhhhh im so angry at that light!!!!!!!

03 & 04's 6MT's didn't have the up-shift light......

buy one of them and your problem is solved.

how about just setting the rpm setting to something fairly high so that you'll rarely see it?

^^ i have mine @ 8600... if you see yellow flashing... duck for cover cus your engine might decide to go for a run far away from your hood...

if youre talking about the RPM word light in orange...i dont think you can turn that off? but if youre talking about the red light that comes on and blinks under it then change your rpm setting by pressing the odometer reset button until you see an rpm number and hold it down...itll continue to increase until you release the button. just set it at a high rpm like phatty said and itll never come on hope that helps!

whats the REV light for on the 05's...the past two i test drove had this lit up in the cluster?????

it stays on for ever. it just lets everyone know you have a 6MT in case they don't see the shifter.

I would love to open up my cluster and wire the REV letters to only show when the RPM hits the limit I set. I know AccordFreak has had his cluster apart, wonder what the circuit looks like back there.......

^^^ isn't that the basic function of the REV light? When speshalKsG35 said "RPM light" I think he meant "REV light".
