Depends. Do a search and you should be able to find links for a few DIYs on changing your components on the doors. I don't remember if any directions exist for the rears, but I think it exists.

Some prominent forum members such as psibrick16 sell speaker pods for floor installations and I remember seeing someone selling pre-fabricated mounting rings for the doors. These are great if you are going the DIY route as mounting and proper insulation/installation of the speakers are key. The next thing you will need to plan is how to sound dampen. Dynamat and foam blocks FTW. Some use foam spray, but cleanup and residual breakdown of spray foams are cons.

Good Luck!

It depends on what you consider hard. You need to chose speakers to match your HU. 2 ohm for Bose, 4 ohm for non-Bose.

front door speakers are easy. Infinity kappa 60.7CS are the sweet spot for the stock bose.. door panels come off in a couple minutes.

Rear deck and rear side are a different animal. Lot's of disassembly to get at them. Plan on a whole day and you may as well do sound deadaning while it's all apart.

$200 is reasonable if they're doing all six speakers. I'm looking at doing mine soon and the rear sides are a lot of work to replace after looking at the DIY but I plan on doing it myself anyway.
