Ooops...
Yup. I went and removed my factory Bose HU without taking out the 6 cds I left in there.
Anyone know(other than hooking it back up)what is power and ground on the back so I can get these out?

I looked through my ESM, and the pin-out for the radio isn't given. I'd go to a local car stereo place and look at their Nissan wiring harnesses and write down the pin locations for the power and ground wires.
Look for Red (switched power), yellow (constant power) and black (ground) wires. I'm not 100% sure, but I think the radio might get the ground connection through the mounting bracket, so just ground the metal case. These three should be sufficient to power it up.

Can't you hook up the HU to a PC power supply? I think someone had told me that you could hook up a PC power supply by splicing in a molex connecter to the HU's power/ground wires. I think that is how Repair places for Alpine, Panasonic, Jensen, etc etc work on defective units when you send them in for repair or refurb....
I would use the hammer though....
