What kind of crossover??
What kind of crossover??
I looking for some help on deciding on a good cross over.
I will be installing:
Alpine CDA 7998 Head Unit
Alpine MRD-M1001 amp to sub
Alpine MRV-F540 to mids/highs
I was suprised to see Alpine no longer makes EQ's and Crossovers. Any suggestions?
Thanks,
J

Re: What kind of crossover??
that is because with the newer hu's and amps they are built in, I have a Alpine CDA-9833
Alpine MRV-f540
Alpine MRD-501
The crossovers and eq's are buuilt into the amps as well as the hu so it is double dipped you can say. I LOVE the sound. Maybe if you upgrade the HU you can get in on some of this.

Re: What kind of crossover??
Lots of other companies make EQs. The Audiocontrol 4 channel one is nice if you want to utilize your fader.
