Avic-Z2 Gap...

I read that the Z2 looks good in the JDM double din kit, but after installing it, there are some huge gaps and it really looks like crap without some custom trim. The trim piece that came with the Z2 doesn't really fit into the JDM double din kit. Can anyone who has done a similar install give me some pointers on how to fill in the gaps?

I cut mine out of 1/4 inch MDF.

Thats a great idea...

does the bottom part of the Z2 where the controls are stick out slightly past the trim?

I don't have a Z2. I have a Kenwood, but the idea is the same.
