Any suggestions on what brand will fit in my wifes g35x? I was told today from a car audio store that these radios will not come out which I totally don't agree with.
I am looking for bluetooth, possible gps and easy control.

Your options depend on what year your car is.

If you have an 03-04, you can consider doing this:

I went with a Pioneer Avic-D3. You will need to purchase the double din kit along with other modules to get everything you want. Pioneer has a $200 off mail in rebate going on right now for this unit. Crutchfield is honoring the rebate and giving you the discount upfront. Its bundled with the bluetooth kit, ipod cable and a wireless remote. You can find the D3 for pretty cheap right now online.

since the d3 doesn't have the tilt function is it easily viewed while driving?

 

You didn't state what year the car is, but one of your posts mentioned that it is an 04. Read the posts in the audio section and you will see how to do a double DIN (DD) swap. It's not too difficult.

BTW, I wouldn't go back to that shop. The DD kits have been out for over 4 years now and if they haven't done one in that time, that says something about their experience.
