AVIC z2 Bluetooth

Where are people putting the Bluetooth antennae for the Avic z2. I'm sure its probably in the dash or center console somewhere, but does having it sealed away affect the bluetooth performance?

Here's a link with a pic showing the location of a D3 antenna. Not sure what the Z2 is like but I would assume similiar.

I think he's talking about the bluetooth receiver/module/box which doesn't really have an antenna, just a module/box looking thing.

I placed mine in that area roughly behind the emergency light switch and under the radio or in other words, that area in front of the shifter. No reception issue.

I put the bluetooth module under the HU; there is plenty of room even with the wiring harnesses. You could also put the bluetooth module under the armrest which is also shown in the link I posted which is where I put my XM nav module.
