Has anyone done an installation of an AVIC3 system on a G35 coupe with the factory rosewood trim?

I've got a 2006 model, and want to go with an AVIC, but I don't want to change the dash kit in the whole car (I actually like the look of the rosewood).

I have not read about a wood OEM DD kit. It appears that the wood trim was a factory option, so you may be able to get a new trim piece from your dealer or online.
