I use a tape adaptor, works fine, probably a lot better than an FM transmitter

I have the Nissan made factory iPod integration kit (999U7-IPOD) in my 05. Very easy install. I made me wonder why they did not make this avail as an option. Works great. I don't know what I did before this addition. It is well worth the time and money... http://www.g35parts.com/9083/osc/pro...roducts_id=521

I totally agree with the direct integration kit from G35parts. Simple install on my '05x and I can control from steering wheel and stock HU and it displays songs on the HU LCD display. Slick, easy and sounds great. The FM transmitters and cassette adapters can't hold a candle.

how easy is it to install this nissan integration system? does it plugs in the back of the original deck will it work for my 2003.5? does it charge the ipod constantly?? i don't think its a good idea to constantly charge your battery it weakens it....

would the AAI-NIS2 be a better choice its $70 bucks compaired to the nissan integ. system which is $190

IPOD FActory Install Kit

So easy to install.
I have sirius in my 05 g35x, and when you plug in the IPOD it plays and you can control the ipod thru the radio.
Take out the trunk lining and use the sticky tape to install behind the back seats.
Run the cable under the seat and into the armrest.
Bam!
Instant Ipod.
Took me 30 mins.
