G35 Sedan Wires?
Hey guys, new to the forum and was looking around but could not find what I was looking for and wanted to know if I can get some help here. I have an 04 Sedan w/ out the Bose Radio. I want to put subs in the truck w/o changing the head unit. I wanted to tap into the wires in the trunk (into the rear speaker wire and the remote wire) and just connect that directly to my amp...i did this on my maxima so i know if works and sounds fine, the only problem is i can not find a diagram that show the wires that run threw the trunk are for what...i am 99% sure they r speaker wires but i just dont know which is the remote and which 2 are the back speakers, so if someone could help me out or point me in a direction that would be awesome!

wot i did was
connect front leads to a LOC
LOC -> RCA -> amp
amp -> speaker wires -> soldered to wires for front speakers
dash illumination wire -> soldered to REM wire -> amp
but this requires quite some dedication, you could tap into the rear speakers at the B pillar, i had a diagram at one time sorry i dont have it anymore didnt think i would need it again. dont know where you would find a REM back there though. AFAIK there arent any speaker wires in the trunk

I would recommend feeding the sub amp the audio signal from the rear speakers so you can use the fader to adjust the amount of bass.
The easiest method would be to pull the radio and tap into the wires behind it, as you stated. There isn't an amp turn on lead back there. I know some people who have connected the amp turn on to a switched source so the amp is always on when the car is on.
