6x9 question

I have a nice set of Eclipse 6x9's that I installed in my integra shortly before purchasing my G, would throwing these in my G increase the quality of sound or am I better off with what came with it. I have an 05 coupe with bose. Thanks!

I would leave the Bose in there if you're going to keep the stock Bose amp. The Bose 6x9s are 2 ohm.

If you are going to leave the rest of the audio system stock, I wouldn't bother. They take some work to get to.

Ok, I will just wait until I get my Diamond Audio Hex Pro component sets, I think I am going to run two, replace the fronts and the mid ones, only i'll add the tweater in the pillar, Ill use some Diamond Audio 6x9's as well, should sound clean..

You also need to consider that the stock Bose 6x9's are used as woofers only, (there is no midrange or treble in the signal going to them) so if you replace them with coaxial type speakers I would bet that they will sound worse than the stockers.

^+1 to what Gilley said.

Leave the Bose alone. Unless you're going to change out everything the only thing I'd do to the stock system is add a sub.
