Hi Guys,
I need to put a double din deck in my car, but I want to keep the dual zone cliamte feature. I see that Metra has a kit and allowes for that.
What are your thoughts on the Metra Kit, fit and finish, and are there any other options you would reccomend?

imo, the metra kit does not look very clean, go for the jdm trim piece and a/c controller. you can solder the button onto the a/c controller circuit board and retain the dual climate control function

 

Get the JDM kit and solder the button from the OEM to the JDM controller. It's easy.
