Few questions on Double Din conversion
So.. my car's center console has finally died.. (AC on + Buttons not working)
Went to dealership and said its gonna cost around 900 to replace the radio and the circuit board + labour work. ****ing bull****. Everything is starting to happen after warranty.
So i've decided to go aftermarket and i've been looking at two units. Pioneer Avic-D3 and Z2. I just wondering what other parts do I need to do the instalation? Im not planning to install it, im brining it to a store. I've done some search and i think that i need the Ac control? and the Double Din Bracket? ... Was wondering what else i need. Anyone post link to parts and other parts i need. Thank you.

You don't need the metal bracket but you do need the finisher.
You can get the wire harness adapters, antenna adapter, and steering wheel interface wherever you get your head unit.
A typical audio shop should be able to connect to a non-Bose system but you may need to give them some guidance connecting it to the Bose system by printing out some threads from here.
