I put a Kicker Solo X in my g35
I got 2 12 inch kicker solo x's. I put one of them in my car last week. And let me tell you this thing pounds like hell. I got a ticket yesterday for 110 for disturbing the peace. Im thinking of putting the other one in soon but alot of shops told me not to because this one already pounds nice for my car. I will put up pics soon but what do you guys think and what should i do?

you doing stock system plus a sub in yours? I always had crazy (used to compete) systems in my car, but wanted to keep it lowkey/grownup in this one. I would keep the 12 and focus on sound deadening (dynamat, expanding foam, etc). Did you keep your stock bose sub (assuming it's stock + sub), or rip it out?
I've been torn between trying to rig a 50/80hz hpf to the bose sub to keep it for mids and running a single 12 or 15, or taking the 8 out and leaving the space to let more bass in the cabin.
My advice is focus on the sound deadening so absolutely no rattles in or outside the car, this'll keep the bass in the car with the windows up (and sound great), and don't bass too hard in neighborhoods/late with the windows down to keep away from tickets
