I checked that and I am tapped into the correct wire. I had this system working fine..... unfortunately my car was in an accident and when it came back from repair the signal from the remote would not turn off.

I have an 07 5at g35c with the Bose system, i tapped into the bose remote and used that.

Anyone have any idea were the power source for the remote wire comes from and were it runs?

They changed the airbag cpu could this somehow be involved?

Anyone have access to a very through wiring diagram ?

Thanks

The turn on should be 12 volts, but it should turn off with the radio.

As a last resort workaround, you could just wire the turn on into a switchable fuse in the fuse panel. The amp would always be on whenever the car is on, but that shouldn't be a problem.

If you have the Bose system, it has an amp turn on wire. If you don't have the Bose system, you may be able to tap into the antenna amplifier turn on wire.
