I believe 2 3/4 ? I haven't bought them yet, but I'm leaning to the Alpine SPR-176A components. I've read good things about them. That's why I've been asking what the mounting depth was on the coupe front doors. I didn't want to buy speakers I couldn't use & then be stuck with them..... I was also thinking about changing my sub from an Alpine SWR-1041D to a Boston Acoustics 10.5 too... and have it fire downward instead of towards the back of the car.

I was able to put a 6.5 component with little over 3 inch or 78 mm.

That's good to know. I think I'm going to forget the baffles for now.... maybe later, I'll add 'em later.
