I just got my G35...its an 04 with nav and must be pre-wired for satellite because it has an xm exterior antenna and the sat. button on the deck. Did I see someone say there is an auxillary input on the back on the factory deck? I just want a good setup with good sound quality, and fm transmitters don't do it for me..... let me know

I do not believe that there is an input back there. You have to use an adapter to get an input to act as the sat. Check out Pacific Audio Corporation, they made the one I used and it is very nice.

Did you end up getting the 3g iPhone? I was first in line at one of the AT&T stores in Long Beach, CA and got mine this morning (16gig black).DOMO

Tried to activate it via iTunes when I got home but the system keeps timing out...probably a lot of people trying to do the same thing. I'll have to try again when I get home from work.

I currently have my iPod in the center dash but may change that up a bit now.

There was a big line waiting for the iphone. I thought they were homeless people and went to a Whataburger, came back and tried to pass out some burgers fries and shakes...

So here's my integration of my Iphone sideways so I can flip through the album art and view the videos correctly. The cable goes through the ashtray which is where I can hide it if I'm not using it. The mount is not fixed and can be removed easily.

I used the usa spec ipod integration (thanks g35ipod.com) and a very useful pdf from this site to help take down the 2005 sedan console, which I can now do in about 5 min lol.

I want to get the Iphone 3g but i've been hearing many reports about accessories that worked for the old and busted model don't work for the new hotness... It MUST work in my car or no 3g for me.
