Show your Ipod/Cell Phone Setups
What's up guys. I'm curious what some of you are using to hold your Cell Phones or Iphones/Ipods in your cars. Every holder I've seen really looks tacky and never really work as they should.
Does anyone have a nice setup? I currently have a Kenwood Navi/MP3 Player and I had Best Buy drill the IPod connection through the flip up storage bin above my cd player. So as of right now I Just hook the thing up and either hide it in my flip up console or put it in my cup holder.

I have this on my car (no pics though):http://www.proclipusa.com/?sectionpa...p_leftorright=
It works pretty well and you can get a holder specific for your phone model.

I'm waiting for my installer to come on and explain my setup, as far as i'm aware, its all Griffin. Dock is connected to the AUX in the bose unit, so I still have vol control via HU and also steering wheel. Controlling the ipod is via an infra red remote, infra eye is installed next to the clock. I don't have a DIY as I didn't install it myself.

the V series has TV on it with a AV input. the griffin unit is looped in via that port. I import a special lead from japan for these cars to do this.
for you guys to do this you would need a NAV TV lead to get video in ( I do it another way for other items) as its plug and play. peripheral do one as well. from there get the PAC AUX in lead. those on you with sat radio may have issues.
there is a radio version as well - a bit of digging on the PAC site should net it.
as for me
this is my business

I do modding on all the fast import you guys read about from japan.
no I'm NOT affilated with the US version that is classed as home of the $1 fire..
jon,
ring me, may have a solution for your SWC woes
