Question SWI-X and PAC Audio Instructions?

Several years ago I did a DD install on an 03 Sedan and put an SWI-X in it. Back then the instructions on PAC Audio's website said to install the SWI-X with the resistors- so I did and it works fine. Now, when I am about to install another DD setup on an 07 Coupe I want to add in the SWI-X there as well. However, when I look at the instructions on PAC Audio's website it now says not to install it with the resistors for any model year G35? I am confused...

Can anyone verify whether or not I need to install the SWI-X with the resistors on an 07 Coupe? Are their instructions just wrong now? Anyone have any experience with it on that model?

Thanks in advance!

Strange. I can't help with the SWI-X but my SWI-ALP required resistors.

I looked at the instructions on the PAC site and they say to use the 150 and 47 ohm resistors.

The 06-07 steering wheels have more buttons than the earlier steering wheels, so it looks like there are some additional instructions that did not apply to 2003 vehicles.
