Radio Question Speaker Does Not Work

In my 2004 Bose G35 Sedan 6MT when I take some turns or drive over bumps my left front speaker cuts out. The only way to get the speakers working is to bang the side of the dashboard console. I though changing the radio would work after reading a couple threads.

I would like to know if the stock Bose radio are interchangeable between the 2003 and 2004 years. Will an 03 coupe radio work with a 2004 sedan?

Thanks,
Aaron

It is a common problem. I hope your 04 still has some warranty left on it. If so, the dealer will replace the radio for free.

Thanks for the replies. My car isn't under warranty so I'm going to have to fix it myself. I want to keep the stock headunit because I think it looks the best.

I found a 2003 coupe radio and was wondering if it would fit in my 2004 sedan?

03-04 sedan and coupe radios are the same. Just make sure that if you have the Bose system, you get a Bose radio. The base radio won't work with the Bose system.
