The alarm works ( locks, unlocks, and also remote start)
BUT! When I put the key in the car it turns on and off.
If i remote start it it stays on but the minute i put the key in and turn it and push the brake pedal it turns off. I think i have to reprogram it but don't how??
PLEASE HELP....

 

Does the entire vehicle shut off when you put the key in, turn it, and hit the brake pedal? Are you SURE you're turning it to "ON" not "ACC"?

 

My buddy just had a similar problem with his Viper alarm and he took his to the place that installed it and they just re-programed it for him....GL

 

yes it shut off, and also i turn it and then push the brake pedal and it shut down. I just can't find the red button to restart the alarm.

 

The car shuts down with the key at "on"? I don't see how any alarm/remote starter could over-ride the key switch like that.

 

do you have the intelligent key?
